Vegan Chocolate Tahini Bars

The ultimate vegan fat free breakfast. It gives you a powerful jolt of energy all day long!

 

 

 

Ingredients

  • 250 g. dark chocolate in small pieces
  • 250 g. tahini
  • 100 g. honey
  • 200 g. corn flakes
  • 100 g. nuts  (peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts)

Instructions

  • Melt dark chocolate over bain marie (in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water)
  • Add in tahini and honey and mix well
  • Add in also corn flakes and nuts (optional)
  • Place a square hoop on a baking sheet and pour in the mixture
  • Cool it out of the refrigerator for 2 hours at least
  • Cut into thin, elongated pieces
